Ashley Park Santa photos FAQ
Is there an appointment fee?
Yes! Your $20(+tax) appointment fee goes right toward your photo purchase — it’s like putting a deposit on your holiday memories!
Can I reschedule?
Absolutely! You can reschedule if needed, but please note that appointments are non-refundable.
Why book an appointment?
Because it makes your visit magical and stress-free! Everyone gets more time to enjoy Santa’s company without long lines or Grinchy waits.
Do I need more than 1 appointment?
You only need 1 appointment per family. If you are booking for other families, friends etc then you can book multiple. You will not need extra time for 1 family and will need to make 1 purchase per appointment. If you would like to have photos on both sets you can book 2 slots.
🚶 Walk-ins?
A few will be available — but they’re limited! We can’t guarantee a spot, and wait times may vary. Book early — last year we were completely “sold out” the final days!
What else can we do while we wait?
Enjoy our Selfie Spots, coloring fun, and Santa letter station where little ones can write and mail their wishes straight to the North Pole! Vendors will also be available!
🐾 Can pets come?
Yes, furry friends are welcome! Pets can sit beside Santa or with their family — just not on Santa’s lap. (Even Santa’s suit has limits!)
How many people per appointment?
Each appointment covers one nuclear family (parents and their children). If you’d like extended family photos, just book back-to-back sessions so everyone gets their Santa moment!
A gentle reminder:
Sometimes little ones need a minute to warm up to Santa — and that’s okay! Please pack your patience while we make each visit special.
About photography:
Please no personal photos or cell phones on Santa’s set — Santa’s elves are in charge of capturing the magic! There are plenty of selfie spots!

If the date you are looking for an appointment is faded out,
the appointments are SOLD OUT for that day.
You can check back occasionally to see if someone cancels, or you can try to walk-in. Walk-ins will be put on a waiting list and worked in between appointments. Please be prepared to be patient if you walk-in to see Santa, wait times could be up to or exceed 45 minutes.
We do not accept walk in appointments Nov. 22nd and Dec. 23rd.
